Bluelab 2.77 EC Solution
Most of Bluelab’s EC/ppm equipment does not need calibrating as they are all factory calibrated at Bluelab (except Bluelab EC and ppm Pens). The Bluelab 2.77 EC Solution is used as a reference or checking solution to ensure you have adequately cleaned the EC/CF probe.

To ensure solutions remain accurate:
- Avoid cross-contamination
- Decanter into a smaller plastic cup
- Discard sample after use
- Store in a cool dark place
- Store with lid secured tightly
- Keep out of reach of children
How to care for your Bluelab EC products
If you want to ensure the ongoing accuracy of your Bluelab conductivity products, we recommend that you clean and test them on a regular basis
We calibrate all our conductivity meters and pens in-house. Instead, you should clean your EC probe and then use 2.77 conductivity solution – 500 ml to check that cleaning has been successful.
You should aim to clean and test your EC product every 30 days. All our products come with step-by-step guidelines for cleaning and care.
