These red, tubular shaped, long life High Pressure Sodium lamps require an external ballast and an E40 socket to operate them.
We suggest you change your bulbs after 9 months or 3 grows.
Due to the sheer intensity of HPS lamps you’ll often find yourself coming away blurry eyed after tending to your plants….. We highly recommend protecting your eyes with LUMII GROW ROOM LENSES
